1. Use
This User Agreement formalizes the process by which a Visitor (consumer) uses all features of the bobuxstore.ru website. The features of this website include, but are not limited to:
a) providing information about software products used with ROBLOX, a multiplayer online game, and their prices;
b) a formal offer by the rights holder of this website, addressed to an unlimited number of visitors (consumers), to enter into a transaction for the provision of services when purchasing any additional software products with all conditions required for this purpose (a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation);
c) program code integrated into this website, the result of which is an automatic non-representative selection of an additional software product when a transaction is concluded with a visitor (consumer);
d) integration with payment services for completed purchases;
e) technical support provided via Telegram at: https://t.me/help_ADl.
2. Disputes
In the event of disputes, the parties agree to resolve the issue out of court. The Visitor (consumer) must immediately report to the support service of www.bobuxstore.ru any unlawful use of personal data, third-party payment instruments, or other violations.
3. Subject of the Agreement
Upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Visitor (consumer), the subject of the Agreement is the purchase and sale of services for obtaining additional software products for use in accordance with the product category catalog posted on the main page of bobuxstore.ru.
4. Receipt of the subject of the Agreement
The Visitor (consumer) chooses the desired quantity of the additional software product. The price may be regulated by the administration of bobuxstore.ru depending on available stock.
5. Warranty
When using the purchased additional software product in ROBLOX, its operability and the quantity stated at payment are guaranteed.
6. Risks
The risk of further use of the purchased software product passes fully to the Visitor from the moment it is credited on roblox.com. The rights holder of www.bobuxstore.ru is not liable for possible consequences of use of the product purchased by the visitor (consumer) on roblox.com.
7. Process
A detailed description of purchase, sale, receipt, and transfer processes is published on the pages of www.bobuxstore.ru.
8. Obligations
Reviewing all information posted on www.bobuxstore.ru is a mandatory step before accepting this Agreement.
9. Liability
The rights holder of www.bobuxstore.ru is not liable for difficulties experienced by the Visitor (consumer) when using the purchased service caused by poor quality of communication lines and channels provided by third parties, or difficulties related to the use of unlicensed software after a transaction between the consumer and the seller.
10. Evidence in disputes
To resolve purchase issues, the Administration may require proof of payment, payment details, and a screenshot showing the history of received funds (in-game currency on the roblox.com account specified when placing the order).
11. Refunds
11.1. Cancellation of acceptance is allowed only in case of a technical failure, unintentional error by either party, or force majeure. In all other cases the transaction cannot be canceled.
11.2. Refunds are available upon request to support at: https://t.me/help_ADl. The request must be submitted within 7 (seven) business days of the order or balance top-up.
11.3. Refunds are made only to the payment details used for the original payment (bank card or e-wallet).
11.4. We are not responsible for payment aggregator fees. The user is notified of possible fees on refund or withdrawal.
11.5. After successful payment, the Visitor (consumer) agrees not to file claims or initiate disputes through payment aggregators.
11.6. If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, access to purchased services may be restricted or suspended pending investigation.
